1. Scope and permission

This policy applies only to Andraž Đurič’s personal logo, including the supplied
original and its official favicon copies. To the extent of rights held by Andraž
Đurič, permission is granted worldwide, without payment or advance permission,
to copy, display and redistribute the logo when referring to him or his work,
subject to the conditions below. This includes links, profiles, articles,
reviews, criticism, educational materials and videos, in commercial and
noncommercial publications. A reference does not need to be favourable.

2. Attribution

Identify the logo as belonging to Andraž Đurič. Include a link to
https://andrazdjuric.com where the medium permits. An accompanying name, caption
or credits entry is sufficient; attribution need not appear inside the logo.
A linked name beside the logo is sufficient on a webpage. For video, credit
may appear in the description or end credits. For print, use the name and URL.
Retain this policy or a link to it when redistributing the logo as an asset file.

Suggested credit: “Personal logo of Andraž Đurič — https://andrazdjuric.com”.

3. Preserve the design

Resizing, file-format conversion and proportion-preserving technical preparation
are permitted. Preserve the mark, its proportions and its white-on-black design.
Do not remove parts, redraw, distort or otherwise redesign it under this grant.

4. Identity and endorsement

This permission does not cover using the logo as another person’s or organisation’s
own identity, claiming that someone else owns it, impersonating Andraž Đurič, or
implying sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement without separate permission.
Showing the logo in an accurately identified reference, including criticism,
does not itself imply endorsement.

5. Separate rights and lawful uses

This is a separate logo permission policy, not an MIT or Creative Commons licence
for the logo. It does not license other project logos, third-party material or
rights Andraž Đurič does not hold. It does not alter the licences of site code,
prose or individual works, or withdraw broader permissions already granted.
Nothing here restricts uses independently permitted by applicable law, including
exceptions and limitations; those uses do not depend on this permission.
